An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Credit Officer to join our team at Crown. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for credit review and debt collection.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment.Provide customers with required information to assist in resolving outstanding debts.Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and /or queries.Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts.Skills and ExperienceHigh level proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong attention to detailWhat sets us apart?Crown''s history began when two brothers founded the Company in New Bremen, Ohio (USA) in 1945.
