About Your New Role Youll deliver key support as a Solicitor within CLH Lawyers in a primarily WFH position with our office based in the West End location, a short walk from South Brisbane station, Cultural Centre and local shops and eateries. The role will involve, but not be limited to: Assist with and manage the preparation of high volume Court documents including the preparation of claims and enforcement documents primarily for use in the Queensland Courts Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and client groups Liaising with Court staff, clients and third parties as required Deliver all legal advice, services and outcomes in a prompt and timely manner Experience with Queensland conveyancing essential Manage, conduct and supervise file management, compliance, paralegals, and support staff engaged by CLH.
