We''re seeking a hands on Warehouse Manager to join our established storage solutions business. You''ll be responsible for running warehouse operation while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industrial storage sector. What Youll Do: Operations & Leadership Youll be responsible for the full scope of warehouse operations, from receiving and dispatch to team management. This includes coordinating daily workflows, maintaining our high standards of organisation, and ensuring our warehouse runs like a well oiled machine. Youll lead by example, mentor your team, and maintain culture that keep operations humming. Stock Control & Systems Youll oversee our inventory management systems, keeping stock levels optimal and ensuring accurate record keeping. Regular stocktakes and maintaining our warehouse management systems will be key parts of your role. Essential Experience & Skills: At least 5 years'' experience managing warehouses in Australia Proven track record in team leadership and staff development Solid understanding of Australian OH&S Experience with computerised inventory systems Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude The Right Fit: Takes pride in running an efficient operation Has a practical, handson approach to problemsolving Values safety and quality as much as we do Can build strong relationships with team members Understands the importance of proper storage solutions Physical Requirements: The role involves regular movement throughout the warehouse, including standing and walking for extended periods.
