Farmer Jacks Forrestfield Forrestfield WAFront End Supervisor required Parttime (15hrs to 21hrs wk) Assisting our team with the daytoday flow of the retail assistant department. Supporting the Store Managers to ensure smooth operation of the Store. Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times; performed in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures. Morning and evening shifts required.Job Responsibilities:Supervise and delegate tasks to Junior Retail staff.Work with Head Supervisor to train retail staff in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.Keeps all stock and checkouts clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.Ensures all necessary breaks are given.Communicates team concerns to the Head Supervisor and Managers.Communicates attendance issues or concerns to HR/Payroll.Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.Fosters and encourages a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs and directs retail assistants as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; responds promptly to customer needs and questions.Consistently communicates and models company vision and goals.Job Skills:Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner.Demonstrates product knowledge.Demonstrated decisionmaking ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.Experience:2+ years retail experience.2+ years Supervisor/management experience.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.Must be able to perform general cleaning duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
