Were looking for a motivated Solicitor interested in stepping into a different kind of legal role as a Conflicts & AML Analyst. With 24 years of PAE experience, you will pivot into a nonbilling position. Your Day Will Involve Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews across multiple practice areas Implement and monitor firmwide risk, compliance, and AML/CTF frameworks Review new matters and onboarding for conflicts of interest and risk exposure Escalate complex conflicts and advise senior stakeholders on risk scenarios Maintain accurate compliance registers, records, and documentation Prepare compliance reports and coordinate internal risk and compliance training Who Youll Be Working With Youll collaborate with a highly experienced Risk & Compliance Manager, Partners, Practice Group Leaders, and the AML Compliance Officer.
