About the Role As an Assistant Store Manager, you''ll play a handson role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth daytoday operation of the store. This fulltime, 38hourperweek role offers real leadership experience where you''ll coach your team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Support daily store operations and ensure smooth performance Lead, mentor, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service Manage stock, deliveries, and inventory levels Oversee pointofsale operations and ensure accurate cash handling Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Assist with rostering, shift coverage, and team development Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality Ensure compliance with WHS and safety standards Carry out administrative and reporting duties in the Store Manager''s absence Lead by example in professionalism, appearance, and conduct What You''ll Bring A passion for customer service and ability to lead by example Strong communication and leadership skills Confidence in problemsolving and conflict resolution Ability to prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment Dependable, professional, and teamoriented approach Physically capable of working on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn, take initiative, and delegate effectively Experience in retail, convenience, or fuel operations is highly regarded Why Join Us?
