Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Customer Service Manager), you are key in supporting the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. Lead by example and deliver toptier customer service. Motivate and inspire the team. Train staff, drive floor sales, and achieve results. Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety, and store security. Requirements Retail management / leadership experience. Strong ability to lead by example and deliver quality customer service. Motivation to inspire team members. Proficiency in training, floor sales driving, and results delivery.
