Position Available: Full Time Concrete Site Manager Seymour, Vic Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W. Across these regions, Mawsons are prominent players with over 500 employees across 80 sites. Trading also as Milbrae and Country Concrete, with a history spanning over 110 years, Mawsons are very well established and highly regarded. We seek a person with outstanding people skills, who is highly organised and has the ability to motivate and achieve. This diverse, full time role is managing our well-established concrete operations at Seymour. This key management role reports to the Regional Manager and directs all aspects of Seymour site operations, including plant and equipment needs. There will be a strong focus on managing existing customer relations and expanding sales across the region. Hands on duties include concrete batching and loader operations as required. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers. Excellent computer, administration and reporting skills. Professional maturity and strong customer service skills. A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment. Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance.
