Rise & Shine Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery ECT Room Leader to join our team and lead our youngest learners with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. About the Role Lead the Nursery room with knowledge, calmness, and confidence Create nurturing, predictable, and engaging environments for infants Deliver high-quality educational programs that support early development and secure attachments Build strong, respectful, and trusting relationships with families Mentor and guide educators to ensure high-quality practice Collaborate with Centre Leadership to achieve consistent excellence Champion children''s wellbeing, safety, and developmental outcomes About You Brings warmth, positivity, and professionalism into every interaction Creates safe, calm, and responsive environments for babies Understands the unique needs of infants and values secure, respectful relationships Supports children''s early development through intentional teaching Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment Requirements ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching Degree & NESA Accreditation A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF WWCC First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection Training Experience as a Room Leader highly regarded A genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to match Why Youll Love Working With Us CLIP Crew Lifestyle Incentive Program Our above award wages package includes an extra $3,000 per year.
