We are seeking an experienced hospitality manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction & manage our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills & retail/food outlet experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday store operations Lead, roster, supervise & train team members to maintain high standards of customer service & store efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, manage stock rotation & reduce wastage. Implement & maintain food safety, WHS & hygiene standards at all times. Ensure product quality, presentation & customer service meet business standards. Resolve customer enquiries & complaints professionally & promptly. Contribute to business improvement & operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 23 years experience in hospitality management (fish & chips/Takeaway food experience desirable) Proven ability to lead & train staff in a busy customerfacing environment Strong organisational, time management & problemsolving skills.
