Join one of Australias leading gas suppliers in a handson leadership role where no two days are the same. Supagas is continuing to grow nationally, and they are seeking an experienced and people focused Branch Manager to lead the Townsville operation. In this role, you will oversee a small, dedicated team (3 drivers and 1 yard hand) and ensure the branch runs safely, efficiently, and with a strong customerfirst mindset. You will work closely with the QLD State Manager and the Branch State Operations Manager who will support you every step of the way. Manage and support a small operational team, focusing on development and performance. Oversee logistics, fleet, and multidrop delivery activities. Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and branch growth. Maintain stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and meet branch budgets. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure all safety procedures, training, audits and compliance activities are completed on time. Respond to operational issues, incidents, and afterhours requirements when needed. Must Have Previous people leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of logistics, transport, multidrop or operational environments. Solid administrative and computer skills. A handson leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and assist where needed. Strong communication, problemsolving, and organisational skills. Nice to Have Forklift licence and/or MR licence.
