We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our busy warehouse and ensure the smooth flow of stock across our manufacturing and installation teams. This is a key leadership position responsible for stock control, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. About the Roles This is an exciting opportunity to join Australias only solar panel manufacturer and play a key role in supporting the growth of renewable energy. As our Warehouse Manager, you will be central to ensuring the efficient flow of materials across the business, overseeing stock control, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations that directly support our manufacturing, installation, and project teams. Youll work closely with production, procurement, sales, and finance to maintain accurate inventory levels, streamline processes, and ensure equipment and components are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory management, and storage optimisation. Maintain accurate stock levels through effective stock control, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Develop and maintain inventory systems, documentation, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate logistics for incoming deliveries and outgoing orders to ensure DIFOT targets are met. Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Work collaboratively with procurement, production, and installation teams to forecast stock needs. Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safe manual handling practices, and equipment maintenance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve stock accuracy. Manage warehouse assets including forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, and safety equipment. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor. Strong stock control, inventory management, and logistics coordination skills. Skilled in warehouse systems and basic data reporting (ERP experience highly regarded). High attention to detail with strong problemsolving capability. Ability to lead and support a small team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
