THE GIG: At Thrills, the pace is fast, and no two days are the ever the same. We expect a lot and stakes are high, but the wins and rewards are second to none! THE DETAILED BITS: You are an experienced store manager or assistant store manager in fashion retail, or a relevant industry, ideally in a fastpaced environment with a lifestyle brand. We are customer obsessed!!! You need to have a natural passion and enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment whilst building relationships with customers. You have a proven ability to deliver against KPIs, both financial and customer service related. Excellent communication skills are essential. Youll be working closely with our HQ team! Outstanding organisational and time management abilities are key to driving your business forward. Creative visual merchandising skills to ensure our collections are presented cohesively with customer at front of mind are a must.
