Director (Contracts and Commercial Management) (Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough), Queensland Health Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an accomplished professional to take on the pivotal role of Director (Contracts and Commercial Management) within our Finance and Performance Services division. Your opportunity: The Director (Contracts and Commercial Management) is primarily responsible for the planning, design, drafting, negotiation and implementation and administration of agreements with both public and private entities. The role will establish and maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS), other Health Services, the private sector and the Department of Health. It will support the Health Service Chief Executive, Executive and the Board to oversee and lead innovative and strategic commercial negotiations and provide advice to ensure the support of effective and efficient procurement and contract management processes. Translate the WBHHS Strategic plan into operational procurement and contract management projects, that support the effective and efficient delivery of the WBHHS'' services. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $214,878 p.a., comprising salary between $174,339 - $188,056 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HSO) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.).
