Key Responsibilities of this role include: Planning and coordination of the production and marketing of crops, such as baby leaf produce from soil preparation to harvest. Planning and management of harvesting processes. Overseeing and supervising staff regarding harvest collection, storing, grading, packaging, sale, purchase and dispatch. Monitor and supervise harvest staff to adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies. Maintaining records of farming activities.
