Site Manager Commercial Projects up to $5M Are you a Site Manager who loves seeing commercial projects come to lifesmoothly, safely, and to an exceptional standard? You will be part of a tight, well-established team of 14 Site Managers, backed by a strong group of Project Managers who value communication and teamwork. With repeat clients, consistent workflow, and projects capped at $5 million, you can focus on quality delivery, not constant firefighting. After a day on site, youre welcomed back into a professional office environment complete with on-site gym facilities, a rare benefit in the construction industry. You will also be supported by two Area Managers and a dedicated HSE Manager, ensuring you have the guidance, structure, and resources to succeed on every project. Whether you are an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering commercial builds up to $5M or an emerging leader stepping up from a Leading Hand/Carpentry background, this role offers the platform to grow your capability and build a long-term career.
