About the Role As a Room Leader at The Grove Academy, youll take on a leadership role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children and educators. Youll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child. Key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestonealigned programs. Mentoring and supporting educators in their professional growth. Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team. Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Observing, documenting, and supporting childrens development. Skills & Experience Were looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment. To thrive in this role, youll need: A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care. Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators. Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development. Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences.
