Lyka was founded in 2018 by Anna Podolsky, inspired by her dog,Lyka, who was suffering from chronic health issues despite being on premium kibble. Together withGabriel Guedes(COO) andDr. Matthew Muir(Integrative Veterinarian), they built Lyka from the ground up with one core belief:better food can radically improve a pets healthspan and quality of life. Lykas meals arevet-formulated and gently cooked from real food ingredients. Delivered via a flexible subscription model, Lyka meals have driven remarkable improvements for tens of thousands of customers, supporting gut health, reducing intolerances, improving energy and mobility, and even promoting hair growth. What began as homecooked meals has since scaled into one ofAustralias fastest-growing consumer companies, a vertically integrated, techenabled brand that is transforming pet health nationwide. Lyka now operates from two offices,Sydney (HQ) and Melbourne, with three stateoftheart food production facilities (two in Sydney, one in Melbourne) and a growing national footprint. At Lyka, were not just selling pet foodwere pioneering a new standard of wellness for pets. With strong productmarket fit, deep customer love, and a track record of rapid growth, were now entering our most ambitious chapter yet: building a generational brand and categorydefining business with global impact. What you will do: Were looking for someone who thrives where operations meets technology. At Lyka, our manufacturing and supply chain teams rely on a suite of digital systems to keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your job is to make sure those systems dont just work, they work brilliantly, consistently, and in a way that supports how our teams operate daytoday. Youll become the goto person who understands how tools like Tractian, SafetyCulture, our OEE platform, NetSuite (WMS), and Omni for data visualisation fit together in the real world. Youll help teams adopt them consistently across all sites, make data easier to understand, and ensure insights actually shape decisions. When issues crop up, youll get to the root of the problem and drive longlasting fixes rather than quick patches. This role is highly collaborative. Youll work closely with everyone from operators on the floor to site leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders. Youll spot trends in system and operational data, highlight performance gaps, and turn numbers into clarity. Youll also help build dashboards and reporting tools that make operational performance visible and actionable. Documentation and structure matter here too. Youll maintain SOPs, ensure systems align with regulatory and internal standards, and support audits where needed. Above all, youll make sure our digital tools are practical, userfriendly, and genuinely improve how we work. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and enabling people to do their best work through better systems, this is a chance to have real impact. Requirements Youll likely come from a background in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or something similar, but what matters most is that you understand how digital tools support real operational work. Youve spent a few years in a manufacturing or supply chain environment (FMCG would be ideal) and you know what good systems look like when theyre actually used on the floor, not just in a slide deck. Youll be comfortable working with platforms like NetSuite or other ERP/MRP/WMS/MES systems, and youll have been involved in either implementing, improving, or integrating systems in the past. Data doesnt intimidate you, you know how to spot trends, diagnose problems, and turn numbers into insights that help teams make better decisions. Youre also someone who gets people. You know how to work with operators, managers, and leaders to make sure everyones aligned, understood, and supported. You can influence without pushing, teach without patronising, and build trust quickly. If you enjoy improving how things work, collaborating across teams, and ensuring systems actually deliver value, youll be a great fit.
