Chandler Macleod is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Business Partner to collaborate with hiring managers on all of their recruitment needs, support our supplier engagement and manage our contractor workforce for a major client in the Mining Sector. Responsible for a portfolio of customers, you will be the primary point of contact for any issues, escalations and all contingent workforce matters.
