Normal hours of duty: 8:30am 4:36pm. Responsibilities The position involves responsibility for the management of the efficient delivery of ICT network services across the school. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Manage efficient and timely response to staff ICT requests Manage user access and permissions on the school network and LMS, ensuring Active Directory groups are updated on time Manage Teacher Notebook Program, eduMail access, 1to1 device programme Coordinate work of TSSP technicians with competing ICT demands Manage rollouts of new ICT equipment and endoflease requirements Daily monitoring of all systems to ensure services operate efficiently Ensure daily checks of all ICT equipment and expedite repairs as required Order ICT consumables across the school Handle warranty claims and ensure repairs of schoolowned ICT assets Record ICT assets, reference materials and software in the assets register and library database Develop and conduct training and professional learning for system users Attend professional learning sessions and explore ICT as an educational tool Write reports, present submissions and undertake special ICT projects as required Manage and optimise social media platforms Other duties as directed by the Principal Selection Criteria SC1: Demonstrated ability to lead ICT operations, including infrastructure, networking, hardware and software SC2: Demonstrated initiative and organisational skills, prioritising and meeting deadlines SC3: Demonstrated ability to lead ICT technicians, work as part of a team and provide authoritative advice and solutions SC4: Demonstrated commitment to continual service improvement and ICT process review SC5: Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills SC6: Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and growth for self and others Application Requirements Submit one PDF containing: Introduction letter with applicant details (name, record number, VIT/WWCC, contact information, businesshours telephone) Response to each of the six selection criteria (no more than one page per criterion) Resume summarising experience and qualifications Details of three referees (contact details, current position, relationship, and the selection criteria each can comment on) Filename must include applicants first name, surname and position number Applications must be lodged via Recruitment Online by the advertised closing date.
