The precinct also includes a stateoftheart Mini Golf facility completed in 2023. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the next stage of our growth. This is a handson leadership role covering operations, staffing, customer experience, administration, marketing, finance, and strategic planning on and off the course. You will bring strong commercial discipline, a customerfirst mindset, and the ability to develop a positive, highperforming team culture. Delivering a consistent, highquality experience for members and visitors sits at the heart of this role. Forward planning, budgeting and project management will be essential in delivering the upgrades and strategic initiatives ahead. What Youll Do Lead daytoday operations across the entire facility Manage clubhouse, retail, kiosk, mini golf and frontofhouse teams Oversee stock and inventory management, including ordering, cost control and supplier coordination Recruit, train, develop and support operational staff Work collaboratively with the Greens Team on course standards, scheduling and resource planning Oversee membership administration, renewals and member communications Manage payroll, cash reconciliation, banking, financial reporting and commercial performance review Deliver competitions, events, group bookings and marketing/promotional activities Ensure full compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, and represent the business at licenceholder level Uphold WHS compliance and ensure clean, safe and wellpresented facilities Maintain a visible, approachable presence across the course and clubhouse What Were Looking For Strong experience in golf operations or golfclub management Handson leadership style visible, proactive, positive and approachable Solid commercial, IT and financial literacy (Xero and Swiftpos experience an advantage) Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver operational improvements Excellent communication skills and a genuine customerfirst approach Flexibility to work peak periods as operationally required Why Join Noosa Hills?
