As the Warehouse Manager, you will: Oversee and motivate staff across production, packing, and delivery operations. Drive daytoday performance and output at the Camden Park Warehouse. Maintain high quality standards and efficiently manage tasks in a fastpaced environment. Key Skills: Excellent communication, people management, and operational expertise. What the role entails: EndtoEnd Operational Leadership: Expertly lead production, liaise with couriers for pickup and support staff. Drive daily warehouse operations, including inventory flow, packing efficiency, and quality control. Performance & Improvement: Use KPIs to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency and dispatch accuracy. HighVolume Planning: Plan and execute successful, highvolume operations for critical events (e.g., Valentine''s Day, Mother''s Day). Sundry + Stock Management: Ensure optimal use and maintenance of all equipment and space. WHS/Compliance: Maintain a safe, positive, and compliant work environment, strictly adhering to WHS/OHS policies. What You''ll Bring (Essential Skills) Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience leading a large team, focused on performance management and building a cohesive, highachieving culture. Operational Expertise: Direct experience in Warehouse or Operations Management, particularly in a demanding, fastpaced, highvolume production environment. Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic and operational problemsolving skills.
