Landers Pocket is Brisbane''s leading golf entertainment precinct that boasts the very popular Golf Central along with the recently launched 4 Pines Brewery Landers Pocket. To grow the golf entertainment for both Golf Central and 4 Pines Brewery patrons we are seeking a Golf Experience Manager to lead the energy on the range bays and 2 mini golf courses - owning guest experience, running smooth shifts, driving revenue and coaching a hosting team that delivers "wow" every time. If you love fast-paced venues, can lead calmly under pressure, and can make golf feel fun and accessible (even for first-timers), this is your lane. What youll be doing Own the end-to-end guest experience across play bays and mini golf (arrival onboarding experience checkout). Lead the floor during trade: roles, rotations, queues, guest flow, and standards. Manage bookings, walk-ins, bay allocation, mini golf sessions, wait times and capacity. Execute parties, corporate events and group bookings across bays and mini golf using run sheets. Deliver service recovery and handle issues calmly, quickly, and in line with policy. Oversee equipment readiness and presentation: Play bays: Toptracer flow, screens/AV, controllers, cleanliness Mini golf: clubs/balls/scorecards/pencils, course presentation, hazard checks, signage and rules Coach and develop hosts with onboarding, training sign-offs and weekly refreshers. Support revenue growth through experience-led upsell (extensions, add-ons, packages, upgrades). Track key performance KPIs and run a simple weekly scorecard (utilisation, turn times, CSAT, downtime). What were looking for Proven experience in venue leadership (hospitality, entertainment, golf, sport, events, or fast-casual). Strong shift control: you can run a floor, make quick calls, and keep teams aligned. Confident communicator who can coach in-the-moment and lift standards without drama. Comfortable with basic venue tech + troubleshooting mindset. Safety-first approach in dynamic environments (kids, groups, alcohol, equipment).
