In this role, youll oversee all aspects of store operations from managing staff and ensuring smooth service, to maintaining kitchen standards and stock control. Youll gain handson experience across every part of the store, understanding what it takes to run a busy kebab shop efficiently. What Youll Be Doing Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen). Training, coaching, and developing new staff to lift performance. Managing stock levels, ordering, rosters, and cash handling. Working closely with our Area Manager driving store performance through P&L accountability, labour costs, and sales targets. Monitoring KPIs (speed, service quality, cost control, waste). Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with food safety & OH&S standards.
