Rutec / Neutrog is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and support our future growth plans. This is a fantastic, fulltime opportunity within a close, professional team that plays a key role in strengthening Rutecs leadership in the liquid fertiliser industry. Were a dynamic, solutionsfocused business, and this role will be no different. It offers plenty of variety, working closely with the General Manager and the rest of the team, while collaborating with Sales Representatives to grow our presence across horticulture, viticulture, and broadacre markets in Australia. Rutecs parent company, Neutrog, is a Life Sciences business specialising in advanced biological products. While your primary focus will be representing Rutec, you will also promote Neutrog products, ensuring growers and distributors benefit from the full strength of our combined offering. About the Role Establishing, managing, and growing relationships with growers, agronomists, and distributors in your assigned territory Supporting growers with technical advice and service improvements Implementing field trials and providing feedback to enhance product performance Resolving queries and problemsolving with professionalism and initiative Delivering presentations to grower groups and industry stakeholders Acting as an ambassador for Rutec and Neutrog at every opportunity This is a largely autonomous role, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to apply your sales expertise in meaningful ways. Your background in primary production and your talent for building strong commercial relationships will be highly valued. About You Youre a selfstarter who thrives on variety and responsibility. Youll have a sharp focus on the customer and the capability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the Rutec and Neutrog business. You will bring: A proven record of success in sales and customer relationship management Experience working with primary producers and agricultural stakeholders An Agronomy degree or background (highly regarded) Strong technical knowledge of crop nutrition and agricultural practices (highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and comfort with Microsoft CRM & MS Office tools A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset with the ability to work independently High integrity and values that align with Rutec & Neutrogs commitment to Quality Products, Sound Technical Advice and Good Service Ideally, you will be based within the Toowoomba to Dubbo corridor (or anywhere in between) to best service your territory.
