Our client is looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong contact centre platform expertise to lead testing strategy, drive high-quality delivery, and support the successful implementation of customer service technologies. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally within contact centre or customer service technology environments. Strong understanding of contact centre operations, call flows, IVR, routing strategies, CRM integrations, and workforce systems. Experience working with leading contact centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, AmazonConnect, Verint, Cisco, or Avaya. ISTQB certification or an equivalent testing qualification is desirable. Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end testing services across multiple delivery methodologies, including Waterfall/V-Model and Agile.
