The position of Shift Manager/ Department Manager is a Level 2 employee under the Fast Food Industry Award. Responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on each shift. Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. Engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca''s Experience to life on each and every shift. Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald''s experience. Comply with restaurant safety and security standards, including investigating all incidents and taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. Escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary. Responsible for running a primary system which is critical for daily operations of a 24/7 business.
