Our Caltex Warwicksite is currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and positive full-time Site Manager. Reporting to the Area Business Consultant, our Site Managers are responsible for as providing a high level of customer service and shop presentation whilst maintaining a safe and harmonious environment. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ordering, scheduling, training, supervising employees, store image, profits, all controllable expenses, labour, inventory, cash, and shortages. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the site. Responsibilities Ability to work with and lead a large and diverse team to ensure the maximum productivity, sales targets are being achieved Customer focused to ensure all our customer needs are meet Ability to work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a 24/7 roster pattern Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-driven, motivated, and be a strong decision maker Oversee the effective management of site operations. Stock control, security and loss prevention Ensure an extremely high level of health and safety is maintained at all times Ensure site merchandising standards are kept to a high standard Skills & Experience Previous experience leading and developing a team Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Previous experience in a retail environment Ideally have previous experience in the fuel/petroleum industry Ability to work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a 24/7 roster pattern Customer service experience, with a positive and enthusiastic approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work effectively as a team and individually Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Strong work ethic Legally entitled to work in Australia You will be required to show proof of employability with a copy of your Australian visa advising of visa details and entitlements or Australian birth certificate. An Australian visa check will be completed on all successful candidates. A Police clearance certificate will also be required for all successful candidates.
