Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our Tip Top team, supporting Operations across Australia. This is a high-impact role where you''ll work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver insightful financial analysis, drive performance improvements, and support strategic decisionmaking. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you''ll be responsible for delivering regular timely and insightful analyses on Operations performance for our sites in Dandenong, Bendigo and Truganina, ensuring a thorough understanding of financial results, key drivers, risks and opportunities to drive business action plans and result in improved business performance. Purpose of the Role Partner with Operations to drive performance and growth aligned with Tip Top''s strategic objectives, fostering collaboration between Finance and Operations for process and governance improvements. Enhance financial and business awareness within Operations, developing robust models and sharing analyses to uncover opportunities, improve decisionmaking, and support EBIT growth and longterm planning. Deliver accurate financial reporting and governance through timely monthend results, variance analysis, balance sheet management, and participation in Operations forums. Drive forecasting, cost accuracy, and process optimization by preparing budgets, evaluating variances, managing audits, and implementing automation to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with GWF and ABF policies / guidelines and ensure audit readiness. About You The ideal candidate will have: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar CA, CPA or CIMA qualification with 3+ years postqualification experience Minimum 5 years'' experience in business partnering within Supply Chain or Manufacturing finance (FMCG preferred) Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally Strong governance leadership and sound business and process experience Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Tableau experience highly regarded Ability to travel once a month.
