As we build on our heritage, were looking to grow and evolve our business with smart, innovative initiatives.About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Planning & Procurement, this role sits within the operations team and is an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring smooth procurement operations. We are looking for a candidate interested in working permanent part time, 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours), spread out over 4 days.Core functions of the role:Receipt of Shipments - Overseas bulk and finished goods in ERP System.Receipt of Locally supplied finished goods via PO (Purchase Order) & POP (Production orders) module in ERP System.Prepare and maintain rolling forecasts for suppliers as required.Distribute and manage documentation related to shipments, GS1, Master data setups, Quality documentation (NCRs/Change Controls) and liaise with relevant stakeholders.Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.To be successful in the role you will bring:Approximately 2 or more years experience in supply chain / data entry related roles.Desirable: Experience working in a GMP, ISO13485 or Food/Pharmaceutical regulated environment.Knowledgeable and experienced with ERP systemsYou will also bring:Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in MS office applications, particularly Excel.Proficiency with ERP systems.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Confident verbal and written communicator, to liaise with vendors, customers, and other employees.Professional/Organisational Skills:Ability to analyse numerical information and draw sound conclusions.Sound time management skills to ensure deadlines and targets are met.Good ethical standards and reliability.Benefits of this role:Brand new office in Macquarie Park, close to public transport & with onsite parking.Ability to grow with the role and take on additional responsibilities with time.Supportive team who value your input in finding new and improved ways of working.Committed to inclusion: We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where integrity, collaboration, excellence, and passion guide everything we do.
