We make a real difference to peoples wellbeing.As a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in our employee experience ambition. As part of this pivotal role the Senior Workforce Systems analyst will support the P&C teams with a balance between great employee experience and scalable solutions that drive effectiveness and efficiency for our People and Culture (P&C) operational teams.In addition the Senior Workforce Systems Analyst plays an important role in maintaining and enhancing the people systems that underpin the end to end employee pay process. The key responsibility of this role will be to develop, maintain and administer the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules. The role will provide technical support to the P&C teams in the root cause analysis across the end-to-end payroll systems and integrations.Key Responsibilities Include:Lead System Administration: Administer and maintain the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules.
