About the Role Reporting directly to the National Leasing Manager, you will work with multiple stakeholders to manage our restaurant leases across all three brands. As the first point of contact, you will support our Franchise Partners, operations and the property team to optimise and ensure timely delivery on lease renewals and other related leasing matters. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with related brands to better understand market rents. Prepare and management of reports regarding renewal status. Negotiating Lease renewals for multiple formats, Drive Thru, Foodcourt and Shopfronts. Engagement with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to brand teams, franchise partners, legal team and suppliers, Landlords/agents. Oversee and manage the submission of property Board Approval documents. Instructing on Lease documentation. Reading and interpreting Leases, and ensuring certain on Lessee and Lessor responsibilities are completed. About You Demonstrated experience in leasing and portfolio management, especially in the negotiation of leases Extensive knowledge of leasing statutory requirements, established end-to-end leasing management experience with thorough regulatory knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret Leases. Experience in stakeholder management across multiple brands, individuals and functions. Excellent communication skills with experience in conflict management and resolution. Measured and deliberate planning skills with the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected situations. Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Franchise Network leasing would be greatly advantageous.
