We are looking for someone with a big personality that can have fun with, and entertain our guests. You will ideally also have a passion for hotels and hospitality and be driven for experience that will further your career within the company.This role will be predominantly evening based overseeing Hotel Alba''s food & beverage operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in leading, supporting, and inspiring our dedicated FOH teamMaintaining a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a warm guest journeyOverseeing daily restaurant operations and assisting with rostering, staff development, and performanceOptimising table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiencyManaging customer feedback with grace and professionalismCollaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every serviceSupporting inventory, ordering, and cost controlUpholding health, safety, and sanitation standardsContributing to the continued refinement and growth of our guest experienceSkills & ExperienceHands on approach to work alongside your teamStrong Food and Beverage service skillsPrecise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence alwaysA confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skillsThe natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last minute changesFlawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is a must.Responsible Service of Alcohol certificateFull Australian Working Rights.
