Youll work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families throughout the hospital journey. Youll be supported with onthefloor training and a team mentor, and our Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) champions open, twoway communication to foster a welcoming environment.Youll deliver evidencebased care and contribute to a culture of collaboration and quality care within a strong operational team focused on your growth and success.Who Were Looking ForSomeone with current AHPRA registration as an RN and at least two years of postregistration experience.A person who ideally has surgical experience, but medical background with a strong drive to learn is welcome.Empathy and strong emotional intelligence in care.Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with patients, families and the team.Flexible and able to work a fulltime, rotating roster of 8hour shifts.Full Australian working rights to join our team.About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San).
