Due to continued growth, we are searching for a handson night shift supervisor/foreman to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that are seeking fulltime employment and have the flexibility to work either day shift or night shift, in turn being rewarded with top rates. The Role Nightshift site management and trade supervision. Site inductions and ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies. Coordination of trades, subcontractors, equipment and materials. Manage all site health and safety requirements including SWMS, permits to work, isolations, etc. Role will require a mix of day and night shifts depending on the project. This is not a FIFO position. Handson role leading and working with the team to deliver outcomes. The Candidate Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Selfmotivated, effective communication skills and ability to solve problems. At least 2 years onsite experience in the commercial fitout industry, preferably supermarket, retail and/or hospitality. Carpentry, shopfitting or trade qualification in construction would be advantageous. Current resident of Australia. Excellent presentation and communication. Current C class (manual) drivers licence. Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. White Construction industry training card. Valid LF forklift ticket. Police clearance required or able to obtain one.
