About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Parks & Gardens Maintenance division in Burpengary, overseeing works across the Caboolture area. This position is starting in a casual role and will lead to fulltime for the right candidate, handson role leading a small team to deliver consistent, highquality outdoor maintenance services. You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for scheduling, safety, reporting, and team development. What Youll Be Doing Lead and support a crew delivering parks and gardens maintenance services. Manage and complete scheduled landscape tasks including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, and fertilising. Run daily prestarts, toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS and JSAs are completed. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order. Communicate regularly with the Area Manager and clients when required. Use our digital platform to complete job reports and safety documentation. What Youll Need Cert III in Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, or strong industry experience. Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in outdoor maintenance. Manual drivers licence (essential). White Card and ACDC (preferred or willing to obtain). Strong communication skills and a proactive, cando attitude. Whats on Offer Casual starting role leading to Full time: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm. Work close to home in the Caboolture region.
