Booking Clerk & Teleservice Consultant BMW/MINI Service Department Worthington Motor Group is seeking an organised, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Booking Clerk & Teleservice Consultant to join our premium BMW/MINI Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service at every customer touchpoint. This is a fulltime, permanent position, working alongside our Service Advisors and reporting to the Service Manager. Youre a confident communicator with exceptional phone etiquette and a natural ability to build trust and connection. You love being the first point of contact and take pride in creating smooth, seamless experiences for customers. Youre organised, efficient, calm under pressure, and proactive in your approach. You value teamwork, take initiative, and enjoy supporting a busy, highperforming service department. You will have: Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, administrative or dealership role (automotive experience highly regarded) Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries at once High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and customer information A friendly and professional phone manner Ability to work well in a team and support Service Advisors with daily tasks Confidence using computers, booking systems, and CRM tools A current valid drivers licence and unrestricted Australian working rights Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound service calls and online enquiries Schedule service bookings efficiently and accurately Confirm, amend, and follow up appointments as required Provide Teleservice support for BMW/MINI connected vehicles Assist Service Advisors by preparing customer files and updating job statuses Deliver clear communication to customers regarding service needs, times, and expectations Ensure all customer interactions reflect the premium standards of the BMW/MINI brand Support the Service team in creating a smooth and positive customer journey What We Offer: A competitive salary A friendly, professional team environment Ongoing training and development Staff discounts on vehicle servicing and purchases The opportunity to be part of a premium automotive brand Apply Now: If youre ready to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in our BMW/MINI service experience, wed love to hear from you.
