We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, results-driven Paid Ad Specialist to join our team working with Australia''s leading equestrian brands. In this position, youll bring a deep understanding of paid media platforms, strong technical know-how, and a passion for performance marketing. Youll work across multiple channels to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns. Starting in January 2026, this position is part-time, either working from our beautiful rural studio in Darraweit Guim, Victoria, 1 hour from Melbourne, or remotely located in Victoria. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Perform audience segmentation and keyword research to refine targeting. Analyse campaign performance, optimising for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and apply A/B testing strategies across ads and landing pages. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and spend efficiency. Provide in-depth reports and insights into campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices. Skills and Experience Understanding of the horse industry is a bonus, but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role. Experience with platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ad Manager, SEMrush. Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights to stakeholders. Must be fluent in English, with high attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal). You will be reliable, flexible and have a ''can-do attitude.''
