Corroboree Group is seeking Authorised Officers to support passengers and improve their experience on buses across NSW. We offer full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities across a 7-day roster. This role is so much more than compliance its about being a positive, reassuring presence for passengers. Whether you''re guiding someone to their destination, helping during service disruptions, or ensuring correct fare use, youll be making everyday travel safer and more enjoyable. What Youll Do As an Authorised Officer, youll be on the network creating a supportive and respectful environment for all passengers. Your responsibilities will include: Creating a safe, welcoming environment on buses and at stops Encouraging fare compliance and deterring fare evasion in line with Transport for NSW policies (including issuing cautions and fines) Providing clear information and guidance to passengers, including those new to the network Assisting during service delays and disruptions Managing minor behavioural issues with professionalism and calm Preparing statements and supporting accurate information for court matters when required Youll be part of a dedicated team that puts people first and works together to deliver a reliable, safe, and positive experience for every passenger. Who Youll Work With You will be supporting multiple Transport businesses across NSW that deliver essential bus services. These organisations are committed to clean, safe, and dependable public transport, keeping communities connected with passengers at the heart of everything they do. What You Bring Were looking for people who have: A genuine passion for helping others Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life Confidence in addressing issues fairly, respectfully, and professionally A calm, steady approach under pressure A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Essential Requirements You must hold, or be able to obtain the following: Current Senior First Aid Certificate (valid for at least 12 months) Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence Working With Children Check National Police Check Holding these already will be viewed favourably.
