Exact hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate. This role is to provide backfill during a period of long service leave, March 2026 to June 2026. This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and provide nursing expertise and knowledge to the Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Conditioning and Pulmonary Rehabilitation outpatient programs. Inpatient education may also be required for patients with cardiac and/or pulmonary diagnosis. Pulmonary and cardiac knowledge and experience including an understanding of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs and associated processes. Experience in health promotion and chronic disease management. IMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies).
