Enrolment Officer Full-time 38 hours per week, On-going position at Warrnambool Campus. Salary $59,598 per annum plus superannuation. Responsibilities Enrolment Officer fulfils a public relations and customer service role, progressing and processing all admissions and enrolments. They may refer potential students to other relevant staff and work cooperatively with internal and external clients across campuses. The role supports the Team Leader Admissions with planning and implementation of SWTAFE administrative services. Qualifications Must Haves Completion of Certificate III or Year 12 and demonstrated relevant experience or equivalent. High level of digital literacy. Current Victorian Drivers Licence. Ability to obtain a Victorian Working and Children and a satisfactory Police Check. Highly Desirable Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration or Financial Services and/or equivalent industry experience. Experience or understanding of relevant industry software and programs (e.g. CRM systems).
