Our Shoalhaven Starches and Manildra Energy sites in Bomaderry are powered by cuttingedge electrical systems, and were seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to help drive innovation and ensure operational excellence. The Role As an Electrical Engineer, youll play a key role in supporting capital works projects, maintaining electrical systems, and driving process improvements across our manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems. Experience in managing preventative maintenance of electrical equipment and breakdowns. Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshooting support. Develop PLC programs and SCADA systems. Review project proposals and electrical drawings. Research and implement manufacturing and assembly methods. Ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety codes. Maintain electrical safety and support commissioning activities. Uphold food safety, WHS, and environmental standards. About You Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems. Excellent communication and digital literacy (Microsoft Office). Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes. Advanced troubleshooting skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications in Project Management. Experience with SAP software. Why Join Us?
