National Opportunity Camper Trailer & Caravan technical/service phone support About the role Service Technician National Support (Showroom-Based)Austrack Campers is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team and support our National Service & Warranty Department. This full-time position will be based at one of our nine Showroom locations across Australia, providing expert technical phone support to our valued customers. Available Locations: Townsville Caboolture Rocklea Lansvale Heatherbrae Pakenham Campbellfield Camden Park Kewdale Essential Skills & Experience that are must haves! Tech-savvy proficiency using a laptop, phone system, and CRM platforms (including Zoho Desk). Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with camper trailers and caravans, with the ability to confidently troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues over the phone. Strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with customers and seamless collaboration with our Caboolture-based Service Team. Exceptional customer service abilities, including efficiently managing enquiries and maintaining accurate case notes within the CRM. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset. What you''ll be doing Answering inbound customer calls and providing technical advice and support for Austrack Campers'' range of camper trailers and caravans Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and guiding customers through maintenance and repair procedures Liaising with the service and workshop teams to coordinate repairs and ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and technical support provided Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and technical support processes Assisting with product development and testing as required What we''re looking for Extensive experience in the camper trailer and caravan industry, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of these vehicles Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation A passion for the outdoor lifestyle and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support What we offer At Austrack Campers'', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
