About Us Innovation Composites is a leading boat builder and manufacturer of advanced composite materials, patterns, moulds, tooling, and structures. Following a recent merger with Iluka Yachts we are entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation. Were seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to lead our workshop and production teams, drive operational efficiency, and support the integration of our two enterprises. Role Overview This role is responsible for overseeing daytoday workshop operations, managing production workflows, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across both Innovation Composites and Iluka Yachts. You will play a key role in aligning teams, enhancing productivity, and ensuring highquality output across all projects. Working along side the Directors assisting with Customer relations and operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimise workshop and production workflows to meet customer demand and quality standards Lead and support production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance development Implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with marine and manufacturing industry standards Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and costsaving initiatives Monitor production metrics and drive datainformed decisions for operational improvements Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies Manage inventory and material supplies to meet production requirements Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines Requirements 3+ years of experience in a production or operations management role, ideally within manufacturing or composites Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Experience in process improvement and inventory control Familiarity with composite manufacturing principles Knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations What We Offer The opportunity to work on diverse projects including boat builds, fibre glass structures, and full assemblies A dynamic and collaborative team environment Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for growth and development within a multifaced manufacturing business #J-18808-Ljbffr
