We are looking for a reliable, confident and experienced Team Leader to join our growing cleaning team. This role is handson and requires someone who can clean to a high standard while supervising, guiding and training other staff onsite. If you are organised, professional, and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of cleaners on site, ensuring all tasks are completed to Zapp Cleanings standards Perform cleaning duties alongside the team (this is a handson role) Delegate tasks effectively and maintain workflow throughout the day Train new and existing staff on correct cleaning techniques, safety procedures and job standards Conduct quality checks and ensure all areas meet bond clean, commercial clean and builders clean requirements Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, issues or staff performance Ensure the team follows checklists, safety guidelines and company policies Assist with tools, equipment, product management and site organisation Represent Zapp Cleaning professionally at all times Requirements Previous cleaning experience (bond, commercial or builders cleaning preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to train and mentor staff High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual and consistent Drivers license and own transport Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and work on your feet Must consistently meet performance targets Experience in leading a small team or supervising staff Knowledge of bond cleaning requirements (REIQ standards) White card (for builders cleans) or willing to get one What We Offer Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunities for growth into senior leadership roles Consistent work across the Sunshine Coast Training provided to meet our professional standards Competitive hourly rate based on experience How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief description of your experience to *****@zapp.cleaning or contact 0452 619 ***. #J-18808-Ljbffr
