Were seeking a reliable and compassionate Client Services Coordinator (After Hours) to support our teams at our Wollongong office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and is comfortable answering calls, texts, and emails after hours. Youll play a vital part in our mission to provide 24/7 care, acting as the first point of contact for urgent client and staff needs during evenings and weekends. This role is about being available, responsive, and calm under pressure when our clients and care workers need support most. Please note: You are not actively working the full afterhours period just available to answer and action occasional phone calls, text messages and emails. Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, including outofhours support and emergency scheduling when required. Accurately capture and document detailed information from incoming calls to ensure smooth handover to the scheduling team. Use internal systems to log client needs, caregiver availability, or service changes with clarity and precision. About you Confident in fastpaced admin environments with strong multitasking skills Friendly phone manner and clear communication Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively Scheduling/rostering experience Ideally experience working with a rostering system Alaya Care is a bonus! Able to travel to the local office for training, collecting equipment and any ad hoc support needed Availability from 5pm8am Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
