We work directly with trusted builders, run solid crews, and deliver reliable results. We use Xero Me for mobile timesheets, keep our standards high, and back our workers with long-term opportunities. What You Will Be Doing As a Concrete Finisher, youll set the standard onsite leading by example and making sure any labourers around you are picking up the right habits from day one. Youll be placed in one of the following specialised crews based on your experience: Setout, boxing and steel fixing for footings, slabs and driveways Pouring and screeding ground and suspended slabs High standard concrete finishing and clean edges Pouring tilt panels to spec Finishing, formwork and steel fixing Assisting in panel lifts safely and efficiently Patching Crew Tilt panel patching and surface defect repair Ensuring panels are clean and ready for handover Manage crew workflow onsite Site safety, clock on/off compliance What You Will Need Minimum 3 years experience in concrete finishing White Card (Construction Induction) Basic hand tools, steel capped work boots & steel capped gum boots Certificate III in Concreting (preferred) Drivers Licence + own reliable transport A high standard of finishing, strong site presence, and good communication What We Offer: Ongoing casual work with steady projects across the Sunshine Coast Opportunity for career development within the company Apply Now If youre an experienced concreter looking for steady work with a great crew, we want to hear from you!
