Were seeking a Commercial Site Manager to take ownership of our clubhouse and resort facility builds from wellness centres and cinemas to bars, pools and summer houses all designed and built to a premium finish. QA Build is the powerhouse behind the construction of GemLife communities. With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, QA Build is shaping the future of luxury living and vibrant communities. Were preparing to launch an exciting new site later this year and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor or Manager to join the team from day one. About the Role Youll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators and contractors to deliver stunning commercial amenities on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is handson and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground. Your responsibilities will include: Site planning and documentation preparedness Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records Managing defects and holding trades accountable Building team capability and ensuring compliance Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders Qualifications & Experience QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential Extensive experience in commercial construction Proven background managing sites efficiently while prioritising health and safety Good understanding of OH&S, qualifications preferred Valid drivers licence Proactive, actionoriented and accountable Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry Strong problemsolving skills and confidence to make informed decisions quickly Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities Leadership by example and a passion for quality and teamwork Highly competent in IT and software Why Join QA Build and GemLife?
