Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of South Australia Belair SA Beyond Limits Outdoor Education (Beyond Limits) is a growing ministry of the Uniting Church in Australia and provides outdoor education programs for groups who stay at Adare, Nunyara and Tarooki campsites as well as other sites across South Australia. An opportunity exists for a permanent, part-time Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Program Manager and broader Beyond Limits team. Responsibilities Provide a range of administrative services to support the Program Manager and Program Coordinators. Respond to enquiries (phone and email) in a timely, professional and pleasant manner. Data entry and record keeping of documentation for staff training and activity compliance. Qualifications Experience in administrative support and coordination, with relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field, is required. The successful applicant will have: The ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment. The ability and willingness to be flexible and solution focused. A passion for developing the potential of young people. Experience within the outdoor recreation and/or camp industry will be highly regarded, as will completion of qualifications in administration or relevant work experience. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are a must in this role, as is a willingness to support the ethos of the Uniting Church.
