Customer Service & Operations Coordinator Customer Service & Operations Coordinator Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? Fastrac is looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Fastrac Foodservice is a family-owned and operated food wholesaler servicing the hospitality industry. With purpose-built facilities in Somerville and Preston, we pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading customer service. In this role, youll be an essential part of our teamproviding friendly, knowledgeable support to our customerswhile also playing a key role in keeping our warehouse and logistics operations efficient and on track. About the Role Customer Service Represent Fastrac with professionalism and positivity. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Make outbound calls to update customers on delivery status or stock issues. Stock Receival & Administration Complete stock booking-on processes and convert delivery dockets into invoices. Identify delivery or pricing discrepancies and assist the Inventory Manager with investigations. Process supplier credit notes for missing, damaged, or incorrect stock. Driver & Logistics Support Act as a central contact for driver enquiries and support. Assist in coordinating truck movements, vehicle servicing, and warehouse transfers. Evaluate and facilitate same-day deliveries or stock pick-ups while balancing customer needs and business efficiency. What Youll Bring Experience in administration or transport/logistics (preferred). Strong time management and organisational skills. Confident computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
